Daily Record Building

This building bears all the hallmarks of a Mackintosh designed building. Constructed just over 100 years ago the building can be viewed from the roadside but it does not open to the public.

The Glasgow School of Art

Sadly, a fire damaged the building in 2018 and the building had to close to visitors. Nevertheless, archives and a small number of collections are still available to view by appointment.

Step back in time and imagine you’re living in 1895. The Helensburgh Club has opened at 38-40 Sinclair Street, and it is the talk of the town. Today you can experience this feeling and visit, with admission from £3 p.p.

Scotland Street School Museum

Said to be a design that was Mackintosh’s last commission the building is unmistakably one of his best achievements. Enjoy guided tours of the building and admission for free. Situated at 225 Scotland Street.

The Mackintosh House

An exhibit that is at the heart of the Hunterian Museum, is ‘The Mackintosh House.’ By reassembling the main rooms of his house with precision and care, you can see how the Charles Rennie and Margaret Mackintosh created their home together.

The Glasgow Art Club

Established in 1867, the Glasgow Art Club obtained their own property in 1892.
